Sexiest Women On TV In 2008

(NEW) 20. Sarah Wayne Callies
(Prison Break)
Fans wailed in anguish when Sara Tancredi's head was discovered in a box, Seven-style, during Prison Break's third season. Behind-the-scenes upset had let to Sarah Wayne Callies' dismissal from the show, but fan outrage led to a very unlikely return from the grave in season 4. However clunky that manoeuvre was, it's great to have the willowy, leggy beauty of Sarah back on the show. DOB: 1 June 1977

(10) 19. Lucy Griffiths
(Robin Hood)
She's dropped out of the top 10, but hopefully Lucy Griffiths will rise up the chart when she lands herself another gig post-Robin Hood. Was anyone not upset Marian was killed off in the season 2 finale? Tomboy cute and sassy, Lucy was one of the better casting decisions of the show, and it's great to see a woman who isn't all skin and bone. It's those mediaeval feasts, see. DOB: 10 November 1987

(NEW) 18. Christina Hendricks
(Mad Men)
She's the flame-haired office gal with the hourglass figure on '60s-set Mad Men, endowed with possibly the largest chest on television. Magnificenty voluptuous; no wonder she gets those ad execs hot under their collars. DOB: 3 May 1975

(16) 17. Grace Park
(Battlestar Galactica)
It's a testament to Grace Park's cuteness that she can make it this high in the chart, despite spending nearly all her screen-time on BSG in flight overalls. That naked sequence from season 1 seems like an eternity ago, but her awesome Maxim photoshoot keeps her in most men's affections. When BSG comes to an end this summer, hopefully Ms. Park will peel off a few layers. DOB: 14 March 1974

(3) 16. Evangeline Lilly
(Lost)
A big drop down the chart, because season 4 of Lost didn't really offer much in the way of "freckles" on the beach or swimming in the ocean. It's all become far too complex for such trivialities these days. But again, I'm sure she'd be many peoples' choice of a luxury item to take with them on a deserted island. DOB: 3 August 1979

(NEW) 15. Lucy Brown
(Primeval)
Forget the elfish Hannah Spearitt on ITV's monster-mash Primeval, it's Lucy Brown who has my attention every week. In season 2 she even morphed into a new character (thanks to an accidental timeline change), and got to wear quite a few very fetching dresses (including that white wedding dress). Incredibly cute, curvy, and posh with a slight lisp, the real anomaly on the show is why nobody's shacked up with her. DOB: 13 February 1979

(NEW) 14. Lena Headey
(Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles)
I have issues with her portrayal of Sarah Connor, but some of that has its basis in the scripts. Ignoring the snooty attitude on that show, Lena Headey's a fine example of a stick-thin middle-aged hottie ball-buster. Athletic and tattooed, I'm sure she'd be quite a handful. DOB: 3 October 1973

(7) 13. Julie Benz
(Dexter)
Her role in season 3 was reduced somewhat (hence the drop from the top 10), and there wasn't enough of those half-naked bedroom scenes that lit up previous years. But still, I'm sure everyone's envious of Dexter Morgan coming home to TV's hottest single mom. Blonde, smiley, buxom and well-toned, Julie Benz is a delight. DOB: 1 May 1972

(NEW) 12. Katie McGrath
(Merlin)
We can thank The Tudors for giving us Katie McGrath, as she worked on that US costume drama as a wardrobe assistant, before the producers encouraged her to try acting. A small guest-role on The Tudors followed, but it's the BBC's Merlin where Katie has really made an impression as Lady Morgana. Perhaps because of her fashion background, she undoubtedly got the best costume, too; a violet-blue Disney dress that conjured an impressive milky-white bosom. Make no mistake, I can't wait for this feisty Keira Knightley-lookalike to turn nasty on the show. To be sure. DOB: 1983

(NEW) 11. January Jones
(Mad Men)
Unlike her co-star Christina Hendricks, January Jones has to make do with a homebody role as dreamy wife Betty Draper. The former Abercrombie & Fitch model is an exquisite beauty, whose curves and ice-blonde looks are accentuated by those '60s designs. A surprisingly nuanced and intriguing actress, too. DOB: 5 January 1978
